Hooby’s Brewing

Hooby’s Brewing is an inside joke that became a reality, and twin sisters Courtney and Jaclyn Stocking are still laughing about it all these years later. All of Hooby’s brews have distinct names with meanings behind them. “Monticello Stout” was named after the nearby Monticello Dam, “Seeing Double” was named after the twins, and “Water Tower Kolsch” was named after the iconic Winters Water Tower.

They have a full menu available Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays and a limited menu available on Thursdays. Their full menu includes sharable bites, sandwiches, salads and their popular waffle menu.
