Celebrate America with Winters! This annual fireworks display invites friends and family to enjoy an evening of fireworks over Winters! Brought to you by the Winters Fire Department and City of Winters, grab a blanket and chairs and gaze at the fireworks that celebrate our independence! Earthquake Festival 2018

The Chamber of Commerce is proud to host the 27th annual Earthquake Festival. An area favorite, the Earthquake Festival celebrates the rebuilding of Winters from the devastating earthquake in 1892, and the continued community spirit to make the town great. The festival will begin at 5:00 p.m., and will have an array of children’s activities, local food and wine, and vendors throughout the region. Tractor Parade and Tree Lighting
