Bondolio Olive Oil Estate

Studiously sourced olive trees from orchards that grow in the rich soil at the base of Mount Etna in Sicily, the trees at Bondolio Olive Oil’s estate have an ancestral lineage that can be traced to the Greeks, who brought olive trees to Sicily over 2,000 years ago.

They’ve adopted the Old World cultivation methods that were learned from small family farms in Southern Italy and Sicily. In the similar climate of their new home in Northern California, olives harvested from the carefully tended trees express their unique origin and distinct characteristics in Bondolio olive oil.

Tours of the Bondolio farm and mill are offered by appointment only. You’ll receive a tour of the farm, the grove with its lovely trees (if not raining), an olive oil mill, and and indoor tasting room where you can taste their oil oils.

Tours are $30 per person, which includes $30 credit towards the purchase of Bondolio products.

Or you can choose a Tour and Pizza  (10 person minimum) $50 per person, which includes $30 credit towards the purchase of Bondolio products and $20 credits for pizza made in their outdoor Tuscan clay wood oven.
