Join us at L’Apero for a French Style “Sunday Supper.” Guest will arrive at 1:30 PM for a welcome Aperitif cocktail followed by supper at 2pm. Our menu will feature Cassoulet, a specialty of southwestern France made with duck leg confit, homemade Toulouse sausages, and pork ribs nestled into a classic handmade terra cotta cassole or baking dish, filled with slow simmered beans. In the French style the cassoulet will be followed by a green salad and a seasonal dessert.
