Join L’Apero Les Trois for Cassoulet Sunday Supper.
In the traditional French style, you’ll be greeted with an aperitif when you arrive. Tables will be laid out family style, awaiting the famous Southwestern France favorite, Cassoulet. Traditional terra cotta baking dishes, filled with savory beans laced with duck leg confit, Toulouse sausages, and pork riblets, will arrive piping hot at your table. Following the cassoulet, you’ll be served a salad of winter greens and to conclude, a freshly baked apple galette with whipped cream.
The meal, served in three courses, with wine available by the carafe or glass, is one of those bon moments, when friends and family gather together to share good food, wine and conversation.
