A four-course dinner, plus passed appetizers, paired with our Apricot Bellini and Berryessa Gap Vineyards wines, served at L’Apero les Trois Tasting Room at 22 Mains Street in Winters. The tasting room is transformed with long tables draped in rustic linen, set with candelabras and vintage Haviland Limoges china, to serve the celebratory meal created by award-winning cookbook author and partner, Georgeanne Brennan and cooked by Berryessa Gap winery owner, chef and partner, Corinne Martinez. The wines and aperitifs are all made by Berryessa Gap winemaker and partner, Nicole Salengo Lee.
