With long tables draped in rustic linen, set with candelabras, vintage Limoges china, and gleaming glassware, the tasting room is transformed into our vision of a country French restaurant, ready to welcome you to dinner, with a menu created by James Beard award-winning cookbook author and L’Apero partner, Georgeanne Brennan. Georgeanne and Berryessa Gap winery owner, chef and L’Apero partner, Corinne Martinez, don their white aprons and take care of the cooking, while Nicole Salengo Lee, aperitif maker, winemaker, and L’Apero partner, takes care of the beverages.
