Join L’Apero for a sumptuous 4 course dinner, beginning with an apéritif and passed appetizers. Each course is paired with a Berryessa Gap Vineyards wine.
For the occasion the tasting room is transformed into a French-style farmhouse restaurant, the kind you might find tucked into a corner of rural France. Long tables draped with rustic linens and candelabras, vintage Limoges china and sparkling glasses set the mood.
The menu and recipes were created by award-winning cookbook author and L’Apéro partner, Georgeanne Brennan, to be cooked by chef and Berryessa Gap winery owner and L’Apéro partner, Corinne Martinez. The wines and apéritifs are the work of Berryessa Gap winemaker and L’Apéro partner, Nicole Salengo
