Then sit down with friends and family to join together in a Sunday supper of Bouillabaisse, the iconic fishermen’s stew of the fishing villages and ports of Provence. We’re making it the classic way, poaching the fish, clams, mussels, shrimp and crabs in a thick broth redolent with wild fennel, herbs, and garlic. There will be plenty of grilled toasts and bowls of spicy rouille to spoon on the toasts and into the bouillabaisse, just like in Provence.
A green salad comes next, followed by Upside Down Blood Orange and Polenta Cake.
Wine will be available to purchase by the carafe and by the glass.
