Winters Theater Company presents "Art" by Yasmina Reza
The Winters Theater Company is excited to announce its upcoming production of "Art" by award-winning playwright Yasmina Reza. This thought-provoking play centers around three friends. Serge has bought a painting; big, white and expensive. Is it beautiful? Is it crap? Is it even art? One friend loathes it, the other just wants the friends to get along. Serge’s passion for his painting threatens to destroy their friendships.
"Art" is a witty and insightful play that explores the complexities of friendship, the nature of art and the human condition. The production promises to be a thought-provoking evening of theater that will leave audiences questioning their own perceptions of art and its value.
The show is directed by Andrew Fridae.
